A&Q about 350Z

I am currently living in Canada (BC), and I just purchased a '03 350z which is from the US. So everything on the gauge, speedometer, etc are in miles and the temp is in farenheit. I was wondering if there was a program or something that could convert my dash gauge to kilometers & the temp to celcius. The speedometer is in miles but I really dont mind that.
Anyone ever encounter this?

I'm sure you can probably snag a metric dash from another car. A wrecked Z would be your best bet, because I guarantee that a replacement dash from Nissan will cost way more than you want to pay. I am not 100% sure, but I'm almost sure that you can swap between a metric or US dash without a problem.
