^^ 3rd 2 grand is a bit much for some off the wall brand stuff... but i guess if you've heard it, and like it go for it... but i would prefer to stick with more reknown names, Fosgate, Diamond, Kicker, Pioneer, Infinity, Kenwood, Eclipse etc...

hey guy... i don't mean to be blunt... but there's more to car audio than knowing brands...

brands are the last thing you should concern yourself with IMO, ssm86... and i wouldn't trust anyone's word on "how they sound". They should have a unit set up for hearing the speakers for yourself, most shops do... Also,don't be fooled by wattage when it comes to component speakers... 6.5s, 6X9s, tweeters and such, mostly it isn't the wattage they are pushing but how good they sound... i learned that the hard way, but lesson learned, look for sound quality and not "Wow these can handle 800Watts RMS" the only time you should really look at the wattage is when you're looking at amps...

stick to round speakers, and components at that, stay away from the 6x9 or 4x6

just listen to all you can but you won't go wrong witht he focals
