A&Q about 350Z

Hi, this is my first post... Here's the deal. I was rear ended by a dump truck at a stop light. I know, I know... a ump truck? Yeah, a drump truck. Still it's only minor damage. The driver side of the bumper has a dent in it and the hatch was damaged at the rear lip where it meets the bumper. The tail lights were cracked too.
My question...
Does anyone know where I can find a tutorial on replacing the rear bumper? I don't think it's a lot of work and I can save myself a lot of cash if I do it myself and then have it painted or I might have it painted before I install it.
The hatch is being replaced with a Seibon carbon fiber hatch so I also want to know if anyone has experience swapping out the old parts from a hatch to a new one.

350MikeZ....If you can't get the answers here. Try a search at MY350Z & other Z sites. The tails you should be able to get real, real cheap because a lot of guys are buying the '06 LED tails. Try the classifieds for tails and a bumper too! The '06 LED tails you can get for $350.00 pair + shipping over at Performance but their is a waiting list until mid Nov. Good Luck!
