I believe I am not the only one to notice that the front turn signals are not so visible from the side. I believe there is an illuminated side marker in each headlight casing. Has anyone attempted to include this side marker in the turn signal circuit?
Also read that some non US versions have side turn signals near the badges, any ideas where I can get them?

One place I know is EVO-R.NET. They have the z4 style that I know of. They are very eazy to install and no drilling is required.

Mine does not use relays. It uses cmos logic, fets, caps and resistors to build the circuit. It also thieves the miniscule power it needs from the parking and blinker circuits - so no external power connections need to be run. 4 modes to the Matrix:
1. OFF - blinkers OFF, parking lights OFF
2. ON with parking lights - no blinkers
3. ON in unison with blinkers when parking lights are OFF
4. blink alternately with blinkers when parking lights are ON
