Its a harmonic resonance in the throttle body. Caused by air as CantZmee said. Its normal.

every VQ35 does this, the stock intake box on 350Z and G35s are huge, and they do suck a lot. the whistle is very normal. After I got my K&N short ram for the Z, that whistle is so loud, it sounds really nice, friends think i got some kind of small turbo going. hah
