Q:
I had gotten angry at my dealer and vowed that I would change my own
oil. When I had my '03 G35 Coupe, it was hell changing the oil and thought I would have the same problems with my '04 Touring. It took me 2 weeks to get up the courage and time to do it. But....
When I got under the car, SUPRISE, there is a cut out under the oil drain plug and enough room to get to the filter. WHEN DID THIS HAPPEN?
Takes about 20 minutes... I wonder now why it always took the dealer
2 hrs with their 1 hr guaranteed service.

I had enough room for the drain but not the oil filter.

that makes me glad im a 17 year old too poor to have a 350, my 260 is soooo easy to change the oil......hell i can do it w/o a jack!!!
