A&Q about 350Z
Q:
Nothing works! I have tried TurtleWax Rubbing Compound so far> I have some tiny scratch clouds from pressing too hard when cleaning on my side door! Someone HELP! How the hell can I get them to go away. They are really visible at night or in at angle of sunlight. This sucks! Help!

If you get the car wet can you still see the scratches? If so then there not going to come out. Not even wet sanding and buffing will take them out. You will have to tough them up or repaint. If they disappear when the car is wet, you can try wetsanding and polishing it. Take some 2000 grit and sand it down a little bit then go buy some polishing compound at your local auto body supply store and have fun!

Call around and find the detail shop that the BMW/Mercedes shops send the cars to be worked on.
Mine had a scratch the full length of the car on the right side so I took it to a high end detail shop. They had to wet sand it and got all of it out, now the car looks better than new. Cost me $300 for a full detail including the scratches but well worth it. They spent over 4 hours working on my car.
BTW, an easy test is if you can't feel the scratch with your finger nail then it can be removed
