A&Q about 350Z
Q:
Anyone have thoughts on the RPM issue...that's strange I have not heard of that yet. Do you think maybe it is a bad connection? Does the engine act "drunk", or just the RPM gauge?
Previously owned: 2005 Z Enthusiast, Super Black, 6 spd.
Currently lease: 2006 Pathfinder S, Silver, Auto

maybe the air sensor wasn't reconnected properly a la rpm issue?
obvious questions about the tire pressure issue:
1. is your tire pressure low?
2. did they install the tire pressure sensors with the new wheels?

I called the shop who installed the wheels and he knew nothing of sensors and the old rims have been thrown out since they were wrecked in the accident (hence the reason for new rims.) Am I SOL on the tire pressure problem or can I buy new sensors and how much would they be?
As far as the car feeling drunk, not really I definetly felt lower HP off the starting line with the new exhaust but most people said I would but it deffinetly kicks in at higher RPM's so I'd have to guess everything is working fine. I guess the only true way is by dyno'ing it but thats out of my realm of knowledge and connections.

new sensors are about a hundred bucks each and the shop screwed you on that. if you have regular valve stems in your nismo wheels then the independent shop screwed you, not your 3 dealers, pay to have it done right. no amount of air pressure will turn that light off. my guess is when you turn your car on first thing the low pressure light blinks for about a minute and then just stays on. as far as the rpms that wouldn't have anything to do with the tpms. you might lose low rpm torque with the exhaust, and also make sure that the shop didn't mess with any connections anywhere on the vehicle.

simple answer for your first question: reset your ECU, takes 2 seconds.
second question: they messed up the wiring and wont admit it.
whatever shop you went to... are idiots... lol
A:
there's no wiring to mess up.
