Yeah, your right! There was a TSB on the clicking noise from rear axle on June 7, 2004 sent to all dealers. For 2003-04 Coupe's & Roadsters with certain vin numbers. Also, clicking noise from rear axle when accelerating from a stop. I still love my Z.
My SB ZR still feels like HEAVEN....what a wild ride!

Thanks for the info.. my '03 has been doing this for about 3 weeks now... I know some guys had been talking about some loose bolts but, this sound seems like a lot more than loose bolts.

i recently took my o3 in and had the clicking addressed. the new fix is they order some new bolts and washers etc. the parts are back ordered and the service tech showed me the stack of other customers waiting for the parts as well. they said they went through my car and tightened up everything and said it will be safe to drive. "no worries"
