A&Q about 350Z
Q:
Guys,
I need to order a couple of the spring-lifts for the rear hatch. It's to comply with TSB: 04-042. I need specifically Part #: 84415-CD715. Does anybody know of a site online where I might be able to order this part?
I will more than likely call the dealer directly if no one has any answers.. but I figured I'd ask to see what resources might exist before I make the call.

There is a TSB that replaces them for free. Unless you have installed a heavy arse wing or lugage rack.

Any chance that the g35 wing lined up with the existing mounting points for the stock z33 spoiler?

Thanks dude. I called the dealer and they said 31.54/pc x 2 = so like $63.08. However, I went to allnissanparts.net and found the same item, having it delivered and costs $37.00 for both including shipping.

devster - Sorry it doesn't. It took some modifying to make it all work.
The 350Z rear deck shape has about an inch more of arc in it than the G35.
:(
But, I had to do it!
Attached are a couple of pictures to see what I went through.
It really isn't too bad if you know how to use a Demel well.
I can give you more info if you want to tackle this. The Fiberglass G35 spoiler only cost $65 off of ebay and is the only way to go if you want to do this. Total project cost including paint was $84 including ALL materials and shipping.
