I'll provide an update to my own message, and thanks zlion and 72n03zs for the civil replies - I knew I'd catch some flack with the question, though.
The owner of Birdautomotive, Sam Bird, called me yesterday when he got back from vacation and is going the extra mile to ship me one for my trip. After I do the install, I'll post a message to inform those of us who can multi-task (that is, have a sports car and another hobby at the same time) about the installation and if the golf bag/luggage carrier is worth the $400+ pricetag.
By the way, SRL311, I don't need the CB or the gun rack. I have a cell phone and Navigation and I keep my Glock under the seat.
