There is no service bulletin on this because its not really a problem. Just a bad design for the gas tank. You just have to fill a little slower. Not a big deal.

There is a TSB that requires the change of a one way valve in the gas tank and that is what causes the problem with not being able to fill up. It is a press on white plastic check valve that hangs up on some 350Z cars. It is an easy fix at the dealership. They have to take the panel off, behind the seat and open up the gas tank panel and reach in and pull the old one off and install the new one.

the nozzles at the cheap gas stations are to blame. stick with shell or chevron super petrol.
