ReRead your letter between the lines

A&Q about 350Z
Q:

Gang,

Reread your letter. It doesn't say it, but if you have already had the alignment done and new replacement tires already. You can forget it. They will not do it again. Got to read between the lines

My original S04's are still on with almost 19,000 miles, and not a feather. Good to know if it does I will get free tires.

Thats exactly what they told me earlier this year at just under 21,000 total miles and 11,000 on the free replacement set. No alignment, no tire rotation
(swap) and no new tires. But I must say I don't "read that between the lines" of the letter.

i just want a free alignment now since i got new tires.

i just want my alignment done again and fixed since the idiots up there screwed it up...

my Z went straight before they touched it and now it pulls to the right...

ALSO... the F***ers didn't connect my stereo right either... i had them replace it under the TSB for cold skipping... and now i have dash rattles and my left side speakers cut out... i think it's a loose connection b/c every so often it will kick in and play ~normal...

I HATE NISSAN!!!

buch of INCOMPETANT IDIOTS!!!

im gonna stick to my independant shops...

Same boat.

I'm coming up on 5,000 miles on my 2005 Performance trim 350Z with no problems. WAY to early to think there won't be any, but let's not make problems prematurely. I've had problems on my non-Nissan cars, too.

Read the letter about the proration on the repair. When I took my car to Suburban Nissan in Troy, Michigan they measeured the inside of the tire where there is no tread, (not the middle or the outside of the tire where the tire looks new) and told me that I would have to pay for both the new tires and the alighnment. I had spoken to Shad Branson at the "Customer Care Center?" (LIARS), who told me to call back if I had any problems, and now he will not return my calls, Never again. DON'T BUY NISSAN!!!!!!!!!!
