New brake kit?

A&Q about 350Z
Q:

I was interested in getting a new brake kit. I don't go to a track with my 350, but I do like to take it on the twisty back roads from time to time. Plus I hate the look of stock rotors with up size wheels. It just doesn't look as good. I noticed an ad (I think in sport z mag) for a company called Racing Brake. They offer a brake kit for the 350z that includes new bigger rotors and hawk hps pads using stock calipers with extenders. Has anyone heard any feedback about this company, or does anyone own a brake kit from them? It is the best price I can find to replace and upsize all four rotors so far. I know from experience that buying for the price can be a mistake, even if the product looks legit.

Should have dropped the extra money on the Track model. I am sure glad I did. I thought the extra $5000 for Rays wheels and brembos seemed excessive, now it seems like a bargain. Plus All factory warrantied. No problems and all smiles. The feathering bug never bit my 03 Z.

I would contact the people at Sport Z. Ask them what they think of your idea. They are a pretty knowledgeable and responsive bunch. Otherwise there are plenty of brake kits out there at all sorts of prices. I track my Z (road racing) it takes a lot of abuse and I am on stock rotors, with Hawk HP+ pads, and stainless brake lines and a heavier fluid, brakes work fine, track and street. But, if you are into the looks of it there are plenty of options.

stop tech is a really good brake kit.from what understand they blow away the brembos.i don't have a site but it could be stoptech.com.i have the track model also and love the brakes.it does make a difference in the cars looks.it's definitely one of the asthetic looks i enjoy about the car when it's parked.
