I was suppose to get new tires(front) and they were having that problem where the ztires are on the back order. So i kept on asking the dealer to the status of the order of the tires and one day i came in and its under a new management and he couldnt find any history or orders for my tires. I was like WTF?!
So..I ended up buying a whole new sets of tires, front and back. You think i can get a refund on those tires?

got my letter today, but i'm on a new set of tires already though. kinda useless now. unless they will give me a free alignment or something. when i told them about my feathering with my original tires a couple of months ago, it had 25k miles. the dealership called nissan, but nissan rejected it because it was too late. now this extended warranty comes out! my bad luck.

thanks for the thanks, i inadvertantly reposted that update but ill gladly take some credit. I havent been home in a few days so im not too sure if i recieved my letter yet. My Z has featheirng but it isnt too bad, i did have the front tires replaced once though. It's good news for me though because i believe my car is out of warranty soon because its almost 3 years old.
just as a tire FYI though, last week (before i knew about this update) I purchased 4 17in stock tires with 3k miles for $200 in anticipation of my tires wearing out in 5-6k miles, both fronts and rears. Ive said this on here before but i dont think anyone listens they just like to complain, but ill say it again. There are so many resources online( i use the personal classifieds on my350z.com) where you can easily find people selling stock tires for cheap. Ive done this 2 times and couldnt be more pleased. For a grand total of $300, my Z will be fine tire wise, for 50k miles. Im sure when it comes time to change them at 50k ill do the same thing again.

Yes, but pretty useless I think. End of October for the end of warrenty. We have the preorder 03 and about 7k miles

me 4 but it also mentions that you must pay a percentage based on your current tire's condition... like if you have 50% tire life remaining... you must pay for 50% of the new tires...
if this is wrong please let me know...
