LOL. I thought I was going crazy when I saw the washer fluid light come on mid-turn also, and my overzealousness almost caused me to rear end another driver while looking down at the dash two days ago!

It's because the fluid level's getting low. So, when you take turns, the G-Force moves the fluid around, making it seem like the fluid holder is empty.
