I paid $75 (number of sites on the web that sell this) for it and it allows 2 separate RCA connections. It took me about 1 hour to install. I used it to connect my iPod.
I found a website that has pics of removing the center panel:

There's a link for Bose w/ Nav and Bose w/out Nav. I had to combine the two. They also miss 2 sets of screws (to remove stereo) if you try to follow their directions.
Overall it's a pretty easy DIY.

thanks much... i think i got something like that installed on there already when the guys at my sound shop hooked up my amp to the factory fario... so i'm gonna ask before i go and spend another 70 bucks... thanks alot tho... i recognized what it looked like...
