I got the PAC SAT audio adapter for my 2004 Touring 350Z and love it. It works great. I currently just have the ipod plugged into that and it sounds great. Well.. as great as it can. Definitely a lot better than a tape adapter and fm modulator.

I have the pac adapter also.
Really all it does is plug into the satellite connection through a wiring harness in the back of the radio and then it gives you two rca connections. With this you can hook up your iPod and a satellite tuner. And they both sound pretty good.
