A&Q about 350Z
Q:
Can anyone tell me how difficult (or easy) it is to change the gear oil in the 350Z? Also, what gear oil do you use? Any special tools?

Make sure the car is level. Both drain and fill plugs are 10mm hex drive.
I found this oil by accident but had not been able to find again at any other store. That store (Karparts) went out of business and up went a Walmart!
Make sure your transmission gear oil is rated GL-4. The diff oil is GL-5
I heard good things about Specialty Formulations
Will try MTL-P in another 20k
If you are as anal as I am, order a magnetic drain plug for your transmission
3022M size for your transmission
1040M for your engine oil drain
