I am having only 2 stations come in on my Alpine head?? WTF? Can anyone help?

It's been a while since I installed an alpine in mine but the Z does have a power antenna lead that you haven't hooked up. Check out the12volt.com if you need the wiring diagram. Hope this helps.

1. Try reseating the antenna jack in the back of your Alpine system.
2. It could be the 3 inch antenna you installed.
Try your stock antenna or a Honda S2000 antenna.

I got the 3" stubby antenna and after a few months all my stations disappeared.
I replaced with s2000 and all appeared back.
Try putting stock back on and see if it works better :)

i know i get crappy reception in some areas where i normally would with my stubby antenna... but i don't listen to the radio anyway so what the hey...

There is a setting on the Alpine that is called "Tuner Band"
Tuner band 1 is for North american freq
Tunre Band 2 is for european freq
if you have band 2 selected your FM/AM channels will be non existant! XM radio may not work either.
