as several of you may know, my 2004 is feathering at only 5000 miles. the dealer flipped the tires on the rim. i called nissan and they gave me new tires. nissan claims the new tread design on these tires is different and therefore will not feather as soon. i talked to several regional vp at nissan to see if they would buy my car back. i even offered them a reasonable deal by saying i would trade it for a loaded frontier ($31,000 - $32,000). they did not agree. so has anyone sued them and got their money back?

thanks for the spec sheet. the dealer said my alignment was correct - i had them check it 3 months after i bought it. they also told me that the alignment was correct this week when i took it in. i get my new tires tomorrow - i'll have them print out my alignment numbers. i have signed up for the class action lawsuit already. i have not heard a word from them since i did, months ago.
