I paid 950.00 for my 3m professionally installed kit and haven't regretted since. It's been 21 months now and car still looks showroom new. Not a single chip anywhere. Bug splats wipe off much more easily also. The Ferrari dealer near where I live tells me every single Ferrari that they sell, the buyers request the clear bra. I was at the Nissan dealer the other day and in sth showroom was a yellow 05 with guess what, a clear bra installed by the dealer. The only horror was f'n swirl marks on a brand new car becasuse it was prepped by the dealer. Unbeliveable. I did not let the dealer prep my car whaen I got it, just rolled off the truck and mechanically inspected. Took it home and cleaned it up myself. Still swirl free.

All bras clear or otherwise are maximum ugly.
Drive the car and forget about a few nicks and bug spots. Who cares.
Buy a bottle of bug/tar remover and a small Nissan apllicator bottle of Nissan touchup paint and you are good to go.
The car is made to be driven not to sit as a showpiece in your living room.

Somebody must live in a trailer park. I'm in the D.C. metropolitan area and a very high percentage of nicer cars sport the clear bra. Posches especially. Not many of those in a trailer park.

Paid about $600 for my 2004 DB 350Z clear bra installation. Worth every penny! I know for a fact its saved me from many scratches and nicks in the front due to stray rocks and other stuff.

Prices for clear bras can vary greatly depending on where in the country you are located and what brand of kit you kit.
I hear anywhere from $500-1200 installed for a Z car. We do not recommend any trying to do the installation with proper experience for the paint protection. Otherwise it will probably end up in the garbage can.
