A&Q about 350Z

Hello, I recently viewed a best motoring DVD the one about the RX-8. They had some 350Zs that were hooked up by some manufactures in Japan. Power house Amuse said that they were in the process of making a carbon fiber rear hatch for the 350. Has any one heard anything about this? I have their number in Japan, but my japanese is not so good.
