People seem to be pretty confident about the Supra's return, but it's still a rumor. It would seem to make great business sense considering the sucess of the Z and the fact that they need to have something on the same platform with the Z and the RX-8.
What I'm really hoping for is a factory turbo from the 350z.

Yeah, but I heard the new Supra is supposed to be over $100,000 and over 500 HP. That is ferrari competition not Z competition.

Really? That would be fun to see at a car show, but from where I'm sitting it seems like poor business sense on Toyota's part. Oh well, the Supra has always been a Z car clone since day 1.

maybe more like a nissan GTR competition. i think they will badge the next toyota supercar a lexus and they will bring the supra back to compete with the z or others in its class. just my speculation OK

very sorry to hear all your grief 280... luckily so far i've only had the obvious... feathering, grease streaks, skippy stereo, grind happy shifter, clicking drive shaft, missing a lug stud, VDC relay replaced, wheels were backwards, trunk hatch not popping, and window rattling.
but so far and knock on wood i have had no clusters or dash components except stereo replaced...
when i bought my car it was on the lift to replace VDC relay... i just got the window streaks, radio, stud, trunk hatch, and brakes fixed
the brakes would buzz and fade under normal driving circumstances... and i then couldn't stop unless i let up and reapply...
maybe if you still can tolerate Nissan wait for the new Skyline... good luck...

Its too bad Nissan got off that easy, by you trading the car. Just one less unhappy customer for them to contend with. Your whole experience with your 350Z just sucks. I don't care if it is first year production, owners simply should not have to put up with that kind of **** with a brand new car. Nissan has displayed a case of 'tunnel vision' when it comes to taking care of their existing problems. They simply are focused on bringing out more new models and unsuspecting buyers !
