A&Q about 350Z

I have seen the new final drive gear ratio for sale. Has anyone had expierence with this beyond hearing it makes a "great difference"?

This is going to be a little off the wall but im curious, which rear end did the 350z come with? Like the R200 or R230 any clue? Also what is the final drive ratio of the two rear ends in question?
Currently parting out 1990 300zx TT.

The thing is I wonder just how much of a difference this change makes. Supposedly not difficult for a shop to do, and the best mod for the money, just what i have heard but I have not seen any one who has pre/post reports, 0-60 or quartermile times.
