Is it free?

Its not worth much especially with a blown head gasket. The head is not plastic, its aluminum. I would advise against it. Head problems were very common with those quads. They had insufficient head clamping and warped/cracked heads were common. At the very least you would need a new head (not a remanufactured one) which would easily cost as much as you paid for the car.

If you want a project and its $300, buy it. If you want reliable transportation, skip it.
