Why on earth would youn want to lift a RX300?
They are about as shit off road as they on road.

The RX is based on a car chassis, so you'll have extremely limited lifting capabilities. 1" tops. The suspension has a very short throw, so lifting it will put you out of an acceptable camber curve. You could re-align it with some custom parts and alterations, but every time you hit a bump, the camber will go very positive very quickly. Since it has a high center of gravity, that is a huge no-no.

If you're just lifting for looks, find some way of altering the unibody to lift the entire body off the subframe. The engine and tranny have to move down with the suspension which means you won't gain any ground clearance, but for a real "lift", we're talking beyond the level of fabrication that even Jesse James would attempt in the Monster Garage.

Basically, you're asking to lift a Camry. Its just not designed for it. Trucks are, but cars aren't.

With some new struts/springs and some custom control arms you should be able to put a 3" or so lift on it. But like said above, there is no point.
