A/C and Heat Vents..Not Strong After Accident..?

A&Q about 350Z
Q:

I never really posted this, and i should have. Anyway, late july i got hit in my drivers front wheel well area from a 04 neon doing 30/35.

I noticed, after getting everything fixed at the bodyshop that my drivers side panel vents, and floor vents don't blow as strong as they used to. This happened in summer weather (a/c needed) and also in cold weather, like now when using my heat.

The passenger side blows MUCH harder than my side..? WTF..? It is acceptable, but i'd rather have it like it was before that old bitch blew a red light. Could the impact have knocked something loose..? I don't hear any funny noises or anything also.

BTW, this happens on ALL settings with my climate controls, whether it be a/c, max a/c, panel/panel floor and at ANY degree (65-90)....

Heh heh... this happened to me too. I got hit in the rear by a car and it ripped out my ashtray, pulled the rear view mirror off, and pulled the radio out of the dash; and it wasn't even that hard of an impact.

Most likely the impact pulled the ducting off the vents. Get under the dash and make sure the hoses are still attached to the dash vents.
