I am in the market to buy a new Mini Van OR small SUV. I 'll be buying it With in the next year. Is this a Good time to BUY? Or should I wait another year and see if the Fuel Mileage for these cars Get better? I have not heard if the Car Companies are going to put out more Hybrids.

Almost certainly cars in the near future are going to get better, more advanced, more sophisticated.
If you wait for that to happen in one year, then what? Wait another year?
Next years crop will not be much different than whats available now.
As for price, the best deals are usually found in January-february.

I remember reading an article that the best time to buy a new car is in the week around Christmas...my parents went then to buy our CRV, and the dealers were eager to make a deal for sure.
