Hi Guys!!
Im new on this forum, but not new to Club Gti!
i used to be a member about 5 years ago when i had a nice mk2 Golf Gti!
In the mean time since i have been away, i have had a 1973 beetle, and a Kia pride (no pride! - Dont ask what happened for me to have that!) a Vw polo which i will explain what i did to that shortly and now im back to a good old Golf Gti in mk3 guise!
Here's my new mota!
A bog standard, and i mean nothing done that i can see, mk 3 gti! Its tidy, and i love it!
85000 on the clock and its an m reg!
I bought this because i wanted a bit of performance (knowing what the gti engine is capable of) and specifically wanted 5 doors because of my family.
It was a replacement to this other vag beastie!
1.4 polo, with a few subtle mods (the chequer on the bonnet is photoplopped)
But unfortunately on the 5th of november i did this!
well i say i, but it was the burk in front of me who decided to turn right when i was overtaking him, without him looking in his mirrors or indicating!
Thank god my wife and daughter wasnt in the car, and i only had minor injuries like cracked sturnum/ribs, concussion, but i walked away (and even went into work the next day - but got sent to A&E when i couldnt breathe properly!
So insurance paid up and here i am again with a Golf GTI, and it seems only fitting that i join the prestigous club that is Club Gti again!
Do we still get those fancy window stickers?

Hopefully, these are not exhastive though!
Lower it a tad, black porsche alloys, clear side repeaters, and deep lower front spoiler, and dtm upswept zorst, k and n filter, and thats it apart from the obligatory cgti sticker.
i want to keep it all pretty basic so i can change it back to standard if i feel like it.
