whats needed! I need a list if thats alright...
someone wants to buy my engine off me, who has all of the above cars, with all 3 being a potential for the engine. He wants everything for the conversion....so whats required? And at what price? Engine has 110K on, GB is smooth....

forget Mk1 Polo as a viable option to drop this motor into, unless you fancy some fabrication work to the tune of bulkhead, exhausts, subframes and driveshafts. Parts are available on the continent but it aint and easy one. I think the effort would be worth it though so dont be put off, they weigh as much as a dry teabag!
Mk1 scirocco 1.3 didnt exist as far as I am aware,though I get a niggling feeling they might have been now I say this, after all they did a MK1 Audi 80 as a 1.3 but that was a seriously small version of the 'big block' (mercedes) motor. I guess a 1.3 scirocco wouldnt be too far out of the question though I've only ever had 1.5 and 1.6 ones.
Much easier to source a 1.5 or larger car but its not that tricky to do if you have a decent/favorite shell already

lol, sorry i didnt make it clear, the title originally said 1.3 jetta only, but i text him and he said he may consider it going in the rocco or polo aswell
