A&Q about 350Z

Hey guys,
We finally got it together on Thursday night. We took it for a spin up the road only to hear a nasty banging noise coming from under the car, the shifter was shaking up & down like mad.
Turns out the flange at the diff end of the prop was jammed. I didn't think there was any chance of getting a replacement in time for the show. I posted a thread on my ZClub board asking if anyone had a spare NA Z31 prop and by Friday morning I had a reply... but it was 3.5hrs drive away (in Sheffield, cheers again Jay). I jumped in my work van & went to get it!
Me & Kaz got it fitted by Friday night... 5am Saturday morning we were on our way to the show.
Unfortunately my car was too loud for the track (103.1DB = 3.1DB too loud) so I missed the first ZClub session while I sorted that out.
I had to buy an add on muffeler...
Thanks to Phil Morrison of DriftWorks fame for lending us some tools to put it on.
As I missed the first session I was placed with the VR4 owners club for my first ever track run!
Great fun!
The Z held up to the abuse... couldn't fault it!

Haha not only in europe, but coupes are a rarety i think only the first year 300 was sold in coupe in germany then 2+2's only !!
but coupes where hardly sold .. in s30 s130 or anything else

No way! I swapped a new 5-speed in my Z this weekend and i had my wife take the EXACT same picture of my head sticking through where the stick shift goes! Hilarious!

Are guys really hopping up their Z31 Turbos in the UK, curious to see what kind of power and money owners are spending.
Also nice to see some beautiful S30s as well, when I lived in London I never saw a S30 once!!

Well... without being big headed... I'm probably going to be the fastest Z31 in the UK when I get my T3/T4 on. Hardly anybody mods them here. I've brought 90% of my performance parts from the US.
There were only 2 other Z31s at the show... they were both stock.
Z31s are pretty rare here.
So called experts don't know a thing about Z31s...
I've been told by Japanese performance garages that my car doesn't exist!
