Anyone ever heard of the Nissan Patrol? I just checked them out. Man those things are AWESOME! Never heard of them before, but then again they were not ever sold in the states.
The models from the late 60's and early 70's are much cooler, but I could not find a good picture. Think early bronco, toyota FJ....?

The model in the picture above is a 1993. Are these legal in the states...if so I am going to get one!

Saw quite a few of them when I lived in Jamaica years ago. The Jamaican Defence Force and Police used them...and of course the "ganja farmers".
Have never seen a one in the States...and I travel a lot! Let me know if you find somebody to "grey-market" one for ya.

Has been sold here in Australia since the dawn of time. I think the 80's models used the L28 and L28D motor in fact! Very popular cars here. They come now either with a 180kw 4.8L V6 or 110kw 3L Turbo Diesel, tough as nails and go-anywhere.
