A&Q about 350Z
Q:
I like to ask this question every year to see if there are things you would like to see us improve on. I thought this was the best course we've had in the last few years I've been doing it. The weather was great, and we had very few mechanicals, which isn't always the case! ;)
Congratulations to Jeff Soucek I believe he was the fastest Z there, I was over about a second back of him in my Turbo Monster. Nice Driving.
Maybe next year we should have a trophy for the fastest Z!

The course was great. Any time you can grab 3rd gear is good. Trophy for the fastest Z next year. Would that have any thing to do with the MONSTER your building now? (LOL)

ps don't mention the third gear thing on the solo board. sshh
BTW it was very safe course, very few spinouts. Fun but Safe.

Yea My car had TONS of understeer, Im going to stiffer springs in the rear, and a softer sway bar up front, should help out alot. I was at like 7400 in that long straight away, :) It pulled HARD.

haha brain .. As the day progressed you got the car more balanced .. it showed in the times ..
The problem with the fancy suspension set up is also .. try to balance it...
next to that .. you are quite the dragger! flooring it is not alwasy best ..
However that car has potential trackwhise in my opinion .. you just need to find the balance in the setup, so in general .. yeah coilovers and all are nice but without tracktime working it out .. this will make you slower in the first few times out.. and i dont think swaybars is the answer .. but i would try tires and a docile right foot first.

Had comments to me from several first-timers about how much they learned and how they thought their car could never do that kind of thing.
One went from 100+ seconds to trying to break into the high 60's by the time the day was over. I think that one is hooked!
The tents were mighitily appreciated, especially in the latter parts of the day.
