Both my T-top interior panels have come loose from the sun. Also one of the rear seat panels is doing the same thing. What type of glue or contact cement should I use?

If contact cement is what you are looking for then the 3M High Strengtn 90 is a good one. 3M makes different types, but that one works super for what you are talking about. If I understood you right, this is the best contact cement I have found.
I think you can get it at Home Depot, Lowes, or lots of other places.
