A&Q about 350Z
Q:
Well Bernard and I started in on the car yesterday and it wasn't going to well for us. The romulator took a dump so the tuning program would not work without it.
Today we tried to get it working but could not get the suspect chip that is bad.
We did the tuning the hard way, make a change, burn a chip and take a few runs. We had to do that about 7 times and the car is just about dialed in. There are a couple flat spots that go lean at 1K and 2K but they are manageable.
I finally got to boost the car I ran it up to about 25psi and man this build is doing very well. I have to get new tires now. I cant keep it from burning out in second and third gear now. Funny, but I can do a burnout @ 60mph in the car now. So needless to say, the car is for the most part running very well, a little rich under boost, but I will send in the romulator for repair and use Nistune to finish up the fine tuning. The car is ready for racing so it should be fun. I'm happy with it so far, FINALLY made some significant headway with the tuning.

Warnings were heard late in the evening "JEFF HAS A PART IN HIS HAND, AND THE MOOSEHEAD IS FLOWING, WATCH OUT!"
Though, this time no components were flight tested.
At least while I was there...
