I tried NUMEROUS searches and turned up nothing.

You may be able to contact Nissan North America for US Datsun information.
(I'm sure they can at least give you the SCCA and IMSA national championships, regional wins may be difficult).
Nissan Motorsports used to have this info. compiled at least when Frank and Ron were there.
An interesting fact:
The marque with the most race wins worldwide is Ford.
Number two is Nissan, and done with a much smaller budget!
