I just checked their registration and it's good through January of 2010, but the record was just updated yesterday... ;)
Looks like they may have expired, and just renewed through 2010...

I'd say their registrar reset their nameservers, and dont automatically change them back to the original ones when renewed unless they're actually aware of it and are changing hosts or something.
