Has anybody used this brand tire & would like an opinion on putting original
225/50/16 on my 300zx car. I tried Kuhmo 711 & they are noisy & only lasted 30000 miles. Would 245 tire help a rear drive car on wet pavement? Thanks

I use Hankook tires on my 77 track car, I have street tires and race slicks on all 4's. Im very happy with them.
Lots of Z cars, 1970's-1983's.

Go read the reviews. You'll get much more info than the few posts here. The local guy here pushes Hankooks but I think I've gotten better tires at a better price (not necessarily cheaper) by doing the research. I just decide what tire I want & tell the l local independent I'm going to buy them & how close can he get to $xXX. He usually gets within a few $$ & I like having someone to service them. I do take a torq wrench & make them use it. Z lug nuts should be torqued to about 70# (look it up in the FSM before going) & the shop broke a lug off then swore that their impact had nothing to do with it.
Anyone can drive a new car.

hankooks are nice tires. they grab ok and smoke up quite nicely

I have the 225/50R16 Hankooks on my 280 and like them so far. They did excellent in Car & Driver's tire shootout a year or so ago, so I tried them. Great tire for the money.
