okay, I am going to block off the factory emergency releif valve, and get a new, better fuel pump, and new injectors,,along with fuel rail,,,but i also need a new throttle body,,,for my 83, 280zx turbo,,i looked on the search and found most saying something about the 60mm throttle body helps on response but not hp gain,,any suggestions on what i should do,,,replace with new factory tb...or upgrade???any help?

Seals go bad and they leak.
Or they can bind.
Just shim your POV.

I've never seen a throttle body go "bad" but anyway, go with another stock tb with the stock plenum. There are absolutely no gains at all when installing a 60mm tb on a stock plenum. I know you have a 280, but I assume the same thing would apply.
The tb I got was from an SR20DET, which is identical to the VG30ET tb casting, but 60mm bore but I also have a gutted plenum which is port matched to fit. I wouldnt waste your time adding one to the stock plenum...

They improve throttle response and i like it.
Also, if you ar running IC piping, it's like a 2.5in outside diameter so no need for reductors.

Most coolers have 3" endtank outlets, and require reducers anyway.
As for improved throttle response after adding a larger throttle body on a stock intake, it's minimal.

on the tb, there is a little black cover, that covers the tps i guess, cause theres copper noads with a bar that when the throttle is pushed the bar moves across the copper noads, i assume to measure where the throttle is, well my black cover has come of,,theres corosion on the copper things and the metal bar,,plus the just look wore down,,so, i am replacein the tb,,

You don't have to replace the TB, just replace the black box (WideOpenThrottle WOT switch). take off the 2 screws and it'll come right off.
Your POV(pop-off-valve)isn't the same as a BOV, but it can be replaced by a BOV. I however would recogmend replacing it with another POV from a JY or modify it for higher boost with shims as suggested below.

well, excuse me,,sorry,,,, i must not as smart as you,,,but still,,the TPS on my throttle body is bad,,,,,so why not change the whole thing to something newer,,,or better,,,hell didn't it start out as a question of opinion? what ever, i'm gonna replace my tb, cause the TPS attached to my throttle body is bad,,,does anybody think i should go to a larger tb???i looked up on search,,some said good some said wasn't worthit,,didn't really see no pros and cons,,,but did see on pro alot of people sayin it helped with throttle response,,anyone that has upgraded there tb,,is the throttle rsponse good??is the 60mmtb all i can do,,can i get something bigger and better,,what i gotta do to get it,,port the manifold???oh and didn't i say the black box was my TPS,,so i must of known that and just want something better
