A&Q about 350Z
Q:
I'm thinking of bringing a nice low km's TT over from Japan and just want to know if anybody has heard of or used this site:
http://www.terra2imports.ca/
They have hundreds of cars with the listed price being landed cost in Van.
P.S. The Attn: Canucks is cause I know the States has a 25 year law for importing, we only have a 15 year rule.

In all of my searches I have never heard of this place, although it is in B.C. and i'm in Alberta.
They appear to have a reputable business, as they are registered with MDCBC (BC motor dealer council).
The sketchy part is that they do not have any address or real contact information on their site. A little search reveals:
Legal Name Terra 2 Imports Inc.
Reg. # 30458
Address 909 Kalamalka Lake Road
Vernon, BC
V1T 6V4
Phone Number 250-275-8890
Fax 250-260-4473
Web Site
Email
Licence Expiry Jan 10 2007
Category Motor Vehicles (2 to 5)
Conditions No Consignment Permitted
Probably run out of a basement...
I might add that if you are dealing with anyone local to import vehicles for you, you will most likely get shafted by way of $$$. The vehicles in Jp are dirt cheap, deregulation costs a little $ but not a problem, and shipping is as easy as arranging an FOB (+ pay s/h) or CIF purchase. Actual shipping costs to New Westminster port are about $50/m3.
Most of the vehicles I see on their site are priced at least 2k or 3k CDN over what they would go for in auction, so if you want to give some guy 2k/3k for pretty much nothing, be my guest. All that the $$$ you give the guy would either cover the minimal customs fees in Canada, and the unloading/delivery process. Not worth that much in my book.
P.S: For what Terra2 wants for their low mileage fairladys, you could buy 2 really nice ones and possibly a figaro as well! or not.

They were a sponsor of the Nissan/Datsun meet here in Vancouver. Also check out
http://www.mustang.bc.ca They import many Japanese vehicles. There are lots and lots of Skylines rolling around Vancouver.
Also
