It's not that great, but I guess that mine would be when I was still in high school. We had a fog delay that I was unaware of, and I showed up at 7:30. Too bad school didn't start until 10!. So, instead of wasting the gas to drive 9 miles back to my house, I got a blanket and curled up in the backseat. I woke up about 11 and stumbled into class with bed-head and bloodshot eyes. Good times.

17 yrs old, got caught sleeping in back seat with girlfreind by local cop. we were both in a state of undress. cop made me get out and took me off to the side and told me of 3 places where we could be where the police dont look. i took his advice and never got caught again. my girlfreind thought the whole thing was hilarious and we laughed everytime we talked about it for months. surprisingly enough the cop was in his late 50s. cool guy! of course that was in 1973 probably wouldnt happen today!!

I used to work all over the nation, running specialized heavy equipment, a group of 4 of us were driving back to Denver CO from Houston TX, driving a Chevy conversion van. The plan was to swap drivers periodically and drive straight through, well the guy that was driving started to get tired, so he woke up one of the others and requested that he take over, he took over all right, he drove about 10 miles to the next rest area and parked, the rest of us were crashed, one of us finally woke up a few hours later, the sun now up and us a couple hundred miles from where we should have been , I was pretty mad at the time, but it seems funny now...

1985, friend and myself got VERY drunk. He drove me home in my car, and left me with the keys. I dropped the keys somewhere in the car and couldn't find them, so I couldn't get into my house. I proceeded to vomit all over myself while sleeping in the car. Somehow I let the parking brake off and rolled halfway into the street, where I passed out with puke all over me. This was a high speed country road and I lived on a corner. I found the keys in the morning and moved my car. How I didn't get hit by another car that night, I dont know. Kinda funny, kinda sad, very stupid.

actually all three places were secluded areas just outside of town. one was west of town past a cemetary about 3 miles to a bunch of trees that you could park behind. one was south of town in a deserted ranch house area with secluded off the road parking and one was acity park that was actually just on the edge of the city limits that the cop told me wasnt patroled after 11:00 at night. i tried all three many times and never got caught again!

A couple years ago my wife and I went to Kauai for our honeymoon. One night we both got drunk at a brewery near where we were staying and walked home. When we got back to the cottage she went inside and I stayed outside to have a smoke, but I was too drunk to find the front door when I was done since there was no exterior lighting in the damn place! So I crawled into our rented cavalier and went to sleep in the passenger seat. I woke up in the morning covered in cockroaches. We took the car back the same day because it was obvious that it had a bug problem.

When I am too drunk to drive I curl up in the hatch of my 240Z and sleep for a while. One time I parked at the Wendy's on Hollywood Blvd to rest for a bit. A prostitute knocked on my window and asked if I had stopped for her!
I visited my girlfriend at a convention. She was sharing a hotel room with her friends. So we went back to my car and had a time in there. Yes, it is possible to get it done in a 240Z!

'72 SCCA runoffs at Road Atlanta when it was Thanksgiving weekend. Got to the track late so registration was closed. I slept in my '56 Pontiac outside the track. During the night there was an ice storm unbeknownst to me until I woke up in the morning and couldn't see out the windows. After some hollerin' I got someones attention to help open the door. It wasn't much fun and always got an earlier start to make registration.

In regards to the 300zxt story:
My brother was buying a then new 1994 Nissan Sentra and when they went inside to do the paperwork,it took a long time,it was late at night,and i also fell asleep inside a black 1994 Nissan 300zxt that was in the showroom at the time.

agreed! Montreal has some of the best clubs in north america. Stereo and Aria were my favorites.. no sleeping in cars afterwards... but sleeping ON cars definitely.
