need help on 77' 280z no injection pulses replaced injection relay have tried 3 different ecu's injectors have positive inputs but no negative pulse
could the ecu have a bad ground

How are you checking for the negative pulse?
The ECU could be shot seeing how it has a body ground that doesn't really go bad. Clean all your connections, especially the ECU connector and coat it with dielectric grease.
