used to be able to go to the dmv and get a name but i doubt it works that way anymore.

In Oklahoma you go to the tag agency and it costs you a dollar to get their name and address. Kinda scary. Check with your local DMV. They probably have the same thing.

laws are stiff r/t stalking problems. very difficult to get a name-- more than 10 days after request and money in ca.

here i could just ask my 75 yr old neighbor - shes knows every body, everything,and she sees all! fortunetly im her favorite neighbor and can do no wrong!!!!! HAHA! if she had known me when i was a teenager she would have a different opinion!
