hey guys there is a realy nice 70 240 that i'm thinking of buying.would like someone with some Z knowledge to look at it.i'm in san diego so don't think i'll be looking at it myself.anything will help the car is a little pricy and shipping is going to kill but hey it's a nice 70.the car is very nice and am serously considering.thanks for your help.

Actually I store my ZCar out there over winter. Not too far away, about 10 miles from where I work. I'd be very careful about a ZCar from Minnesota, most have turned into a pile of rust by now unless they are originally from out of state, or only driven in the summer. Should be able to find a really nice Z in San Diego or near by.

I live not very far from Cologne Minnesota. about 20 minutes. I'm not sure I know the car. You can check on our local Z website to see if anyone knows of the car.

I could go and take a look at it for you, and take pic's and email them to you. I know the usuall places to look for rust etc..
Send me an email w/ the info and yours and I will do whatever I can to help. Not all Mn Z'a are rustbuckets. most are only driven in the summer. I've had my 76 since 88 and it has never seen snow.
It would be fun to go check out another z. Mine have all been 280's Maybe I'd get to drive it too,

the guy was realy cool he bought the car from i believe the original owner.the car was originaly from here in san diego.he's had it for ten years and the car has no rust.had the car torn appart and repainted.although there is one spot he said in the spare tire well that has a hole.he doesn't know why his body man didn't fix it but the car is beutiful.i'll send you an e-mail later this afternoon.i'm heading out to work.thanks for the help i will compinsate for your troubles.
