Q:

Let all Z freinds aware of this bum!
Just wanted to do a follow-up on this guy and his company!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
-sold me a Oil pressure sender
-two weeks, emails, no response
-3 weeks I email, he gives me a shipping # that show's nothing shipped yet
-4 weeks, no emails, no part, I report him, he leaves me negative feedback to tell me I'm right "but" it its on backorder ( which he's never told me.)
You'll find him on Ebay under JToutfitters. They sell alot of parts for Zcars.. He takes money for items he doesn't even have, and then makes it look like your being unreasonable about things after you haven't recieved it in a month.
He emailed me wanting me to remove the negative feedback he gave me..
I emailed him asking if I'd get my money back if I remove it.. His email said one word ...."NO".
He's full of himself... beware of this ass.

Did you pay with paypal? If so, file a dispute to get your money back.

You should be able to get your money back. I hate it when sellers do that. Thats is how I got my only negative feedback.
A)The seller needs to have the part in stock or have an up to date system so they know when something is back ordered before they put it on Ebay.
B)If the Ebay dispute sides with the buyer the seller should not be able to leave feedback.

I would call it quits right now. Payed by PAyPal which is the only way you should pay (funded with a credit card) ? File a no delivery complaint and request a refund through them.
I would not put up with that crap.
Better yet. Email him with who you are on the three major Z car web boards (here, TT.net, HybridZ) and ask him if he really wants have this type of publicity.
If no money returned, then Paypal his butt.

Better yet, email him with your intentions to contact the internet crime complaint center (IC3) and complain of the fraud that he committed against you. If he has an ounce of brains, you should have money back in your paypal account minutes after he reads the mail. If not, file a complaint and that should do it. I had to do it to someone that sent me a fake 1/4 ounce gold krugerrand (it was gold plated lead) and I had my money back in minutes.

Best way to way is VISA direct, then dispute the charge if he fails to deliver. VISA is awesome at hunting down bad merchants, and best, they will revoke the merchant license if they do it enough.

Most Ebayer's do not take Credit cards though.

paypal backed by credit card lets you receive refund from CC. Just call them tell them you're disputing payment. You have to dispute the entire charge not a portion so if only 1 part is bad, you have to go back & pay for what was good of beat them out of partial payment.
Anyone can drive a new car.

ALL ebayers take credit cards, if they dont they shouldnt be in business. I highly recommend to first file a dispute with paypal AND ebay. Dont report it to your credit card company yet, only do that as a last resort if paypal wont refund your money which is unlikely. I've never had a problem with paypal disputes, they freeze the sellers account until they pay up in some cases. You'd be suprised how much motivation that gives them to offer a refund!
