Well I don't have a timing light for one thing. I have all the tools both hand and air. My background is in American V8 stuff. So I've never pulled a L6 apart before but I know it can be done. I'm just slow and laZy now days. If you can find a light I'll give you a hand if I can! I was thinking about the same upgrade but I really want to go distributorless with coil packs when I get around to the turbo stroker motor. Still need a block, piston, rings, bearings and a few other things before I get around to it.
Still working on complete suspension replacement first... I have about 95% of new parts ready for that.
Shoot me some contact information and I call you! I'm out here by Ocean Drive and Alameda right by Oso Golf Course just before the Ennis Joslin cutoff. Very easy to find...
