NZR Cavalier Head Gasket Question..

I am in the middle of changing the head gasket in my sisters 97 Cavalier and I was wondering if there are any people familiar with GM engines that could give me an answer.
Its the 2.2 OHV engine.
I'm changing
1) Head gasket
2) Exhaust gasket
3) Head bolts
4) intake gaskets, upper and lower
5) Plugs/wires
6) Thermostat
7) Coolant flush
8) Oil and filter change
The old gasket didn't completely blow it was just leaking a little coolant out of the front drivers side of the block so nothing over heated so warping is not an issue.
Is there anything I am forgetting to change while I am in there? I was thinking about doing valve seals but everything looks good. The car didn't leak any oil or smoke.
I'm going to be putting it all back together later today so any info would be great.

Well if im not mistaken that has a timing belt so i would go ahead and change that sence your in there.
Other then that your looking good

I'm not sure what it has for the timing set up since its the OHV and not the OHC. I'll definately look into it though. This car would be way easier to work on if I had another joint between my hand and elbow.

Those are a PITA, I did one a few months ago. They are notorius to leak like that.
Might wanna check/replace the water pump wihile you are at it

The pump is new, I checked it out though.
ZX-AE...Is it possible to put the lower portion of the intake on the head before I put the head back on? Getting to those bolts was by far the worst part of the job.
