A&Q about 350Z
Q:
i spent all day today dissmantling my parts car as i want to get it out of the driveway and park my zx therte. i took every ting inside the car that was bolted down or plugged in. except for the seats( they are crappy anyway) i took the taillights, headlights, side markers, wiper motors, starter, alternator, belts, and some stuff that im not sure what it is. i took the entire dash and heating system. interestingly all of the heating duct work was very clean and very plyable -it looked new? it wasnt even dusty on the outside. - could all of this been replaced recently? i have someone who wants the car for the motor and will take whats left when im done.
it was a lot of fun dismantling and kinda reverse engineering the car. i learned a lot about the different elect. connections ( sometimes the hard way !)
all in all it was a very fun day of wrenching!!!! i even took the door glass and window motors - had to duct tape plastic over the window holes to keep out the rain!
