tripple mikuni value??

A&Q about 350Z
Q:

i have a full tripple mikuni 40 pph set up for a zcar, every thing is there, all it needs is one trhottle arm that bolts on the rail, and the linkage that goes from that to the carb, every thing else is there, and in good shape, i just had the intake and velosity stacks bead blasted they will need the full gasket rebuild kits and accelerator pumps that are redily available from wolf creek racing..
but i have made other plans for the z, and iam going to be selling them, and don't know what to ask for them.. iam also going to be selling and hks surge tank fairly soon as well

MSA lists them for around $2K new.
Stick 'em in the classifieds and put "Best Offer" on them. That should answer your questions.

(what you paid for them) - (you usage) = (what you should sell them for)
Though Classieds "best offer" may find someone that will pay more.

Triple Weber kit listed from $1500 to $2000 at www.thezstore.com. Their prices are usually a little high though. I can somethime find stuff a few hundred less somewhere else. ::shruggs::

ask about 900-1200 and you should be able to sell them.

I still have a set of webers I've been meaning to sell. Dont know if I'll ever use them, but they are so cool that I cant make myself sell them.

I got me a working/BN refurbished 40PPH with manifold and linkeage here at ZCAR.COM for $700.

Ive been offered $1600 for our triples many times over by a few people, but that was intake, filters and linkage included.

I've been offered $1500 as well for my webers. The mikuni's usually sell for a little more. I paid $500 for mine and needed air filters. On the other hand I just bought a complete 72' 240 with a 270 crane cam, slightly ported head, header, 5spd, a set of complete triple webers with K&N filters, a new fuel pump, good dash and console, some nice wheels I haven't seen before and the body only needs floor pans... $250 for the whole car with title.
It just depends, I would not sell mine for any less than $1K and that's only if I needed it bad.
